902503 PRIVATE PROVIDER
A This section provides information regarding the use of private General
providers to prove an individuals inability to perform the Work Project in the GR Program
B All GR applicantsrecipients who claim inability to perform the work Policy
project shall provide verification of their inability Acceptable verification is outlined in section 902501 Clients may choose to have the County pay for the employability evaluation through the GREE process 902502 or choose to use a private provider The County will not pay for any expenses incurred through the private provider
Only GREE providers may complete the GREE if the applicantrecipient wants the County to pay for the evaluation CMS will not pay for these evaluations unless the provider is a GREE provider An applicantrecipient who is a CMS beneficiary may state they want to go to their CMS provider for the evaluation The worker must inform the applicantrecipient that if the CMS provider is not a GREE provider they must go to a GREE provider for the County to pay for the evaluation

C Applicantsrecipients who choose to provide the employability
Procedures evaluation through the private provider shall be given a CSF 24 or 1145 HHSA The CSF 24 or 1145 HHSA must be completed by an acceptable provider
The table below shows how to treat the results of the evaluation
If the CSF 24 or 1145 HHSA indicates the applicantrecipient Then the applicantrecipient will be
Can do the Work Project or Can do Light Duty Work Project aided as AB if otherwise eligible and subject to job search and work project requirements See chapter 90700
Cannot do the Work Project evaluated to determine if eligible under the UE or the IAP See chapter 90700 and 90800
