California Department of Social Services CDSS sends reports to counties for Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants CAPI customers who may no longer qualify for CAPI as they may have been approved for Supplemental Security IncomeState Supplementary Payment SSISSP and received in the same month or for issues with matching the CAPI record with Social Security Administration SSA records Purpose This section represents the complete list of CAPI reports provided by CDSS CDSS has transitioned all CAPI reports from paper versions to electronic versions No program rules are changed PolicyThe CAPI reports are sent from the CDSS to the Management Reporting team to be posted to SharePoint for the appropriate Family Resource Centers FRC to act upon The table below shows the title of each report a description of the reports and the Human Service Specialists HSS actions Procedure Follow the actions above to resolve cases on these reports Report Description Action SSP 687 Lists CAPI customers Review case to verify if the customers CAPISSI whose Social Security information was correctly coded on the SSP County Nonnumbers SSN do not 14 Matching match with SSAs records If a current SSP 14 is on file Report regarding applications for If the customer failed to apply for SSISSP benefits In other words If the customer applied for a different benefit SSISSP or possibly Social other than SSISSP
